Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, business development, working with C-level executives.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or other advanced degree.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductors with working experience in cloud or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Knowledge or equivalent expertise and passion in AI, with capability to audaciously envision and articulate AI technology's application to industries and society in the present and future.
• Track record of influencing across different functions and levels in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to work with multiple teams and executive-level leaders internally and externally.

As a Top Partner Manager (TPM), you will manage some of the most complex and strategic partners in the region. You will be creative, collaborative, constantly connecting the dots, future-aware, and comfortable in influencing without authority. You will be studying, grasping, and utilizing the latest AI technology, so as to help partners succeed in the long-term. The market and competitive dynamics are changing fast, while they aim to establish win-win partnerships, you will proactively drive risk management to protect our user experiences and promote a healthy ecosystem. You will have broad exposure to Google offerings and areas and the opportunity to work closely with executive sponsors that oversee the cross Google relationship.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and apply deep insights across partners, Google's services, relevant industries, and emerging AI technology to strategically spot the plays that create mutual value for Google and for partners.
• Strengthen partner executive relationships and drive cross-Google alignment by executing such as cross-Google joint business plans, executive engagement coordination and briefings, AI-focused summits, etc.
• Collaborate across Google to identify, drive, and inform the closing of cross-Google agreements, often facilitating alignment and communication between multiple teams, to deliver transformative impacts.
