Role Overview
We are looking for a Server Test Strategy Leadwith a strong foundation inserver hardware testingwho is motivated torethink how testing is done.
This role goes beyond traditional test execution. You will play a key part inshaping the future of testingby applyingAI-driven approachesto improve efficiency, insight, and quality-while remaining deeply grounded in real-world test engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Core Testing & Engineering Ownership
- Lead and contribute toserver HW test planning, test case design, execution, and analysis, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and reliability.
- Participate in ongoing system-level projects, working hands-on withhardware, and platform-level testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and drive quality outcomes.
AI‑Driven Innovation & Transformation
- Identify opportunities toapply AI and data-driven approachesto testing activities such as defect analysis, test coverage optimization, efficiency improvement, and insight generation.
- Explore, prototype, and implementAI-enabled testing solutionsthat move beyond SOP-based execution.
- Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives, challenging conventional testing workflows and introducing smarter, more scalable methods.
Technical Leadership & Influence
- Act as atechnical thought partnerwithin the testing organization, helping shape new ways of working.
- Present ideas, proposals, and proof points tosenior stakeholdersand influence adoption of new approaches.
- Lead or participate invirtual, cross-functional initiativesrelated to testing innovation and AI adoption.
Knowledge Sharing & Enablement
- Author and maintaintechnical documentation, guidelines, and evolving SOPsfor AI-enabled testing practices.
- Mentor and support team members in buildingtesting depth and AI awareness.
- Contribute toglobal collaboration, sharing best practices and driving standardization across teams.
Required Qualifications (Core Fit)
These are thenon-negotiable foundationsfor success in this role.
- Bachelor's degree or above inComputer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of hands-on experienceinserver hardware testing.
- Proven ability toanalyze problems critically, think beyond defined processes, and propose better solutions.
- Working knowledge or applied exposure toAI, automation, data analytics, or intelligent toolswithin engineering or testing contexts (depth can vary).
- StrongEnglish communication skillsfor collaboration and stakeholder discussions (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
Important: This role is not suitable for candidates withpure software-only testing backgroundsor those who prefer strictly SOP-driven execution.
Preferred / Value‑Adding Qualifications
These differentiate strong candidates but arenot mandatory.
- Hands-on experience applyingAI or automationto areas such as test optimization, defect prediction, or data analysis.
- Exposure tohardware testingenvironments.
- Experience leadingprocess improvement, transformation initiatives, or technical task forces.
- Background inproject coordination, technical leadership, or mentoring, even without formal people management responsibility.
- Experience working inlarge-scale or globally distributed engineering environments.
