Molex is looking for a Sr. Process Engineer to drive manufacturing excellence. You will not only optimize workflows but also act as a technical catalyst—reducing costs, maximizing yield, and advancing sustainability. In this role, you are the bridge between design concepts and high-volume reality, ensuring our production environment stays at the cutting edge of the industry.
What You Will Do
- Global Collaboration: Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives with Molex's global design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- NPI Leadership: Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) transfer process, meticulously tracking development milestones and ensuring a smooth transition to mass production.
- Process Excellence: Apply advanced analytical methodologies to diagnose complex process issues and implement sustainable technical solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Architect and maintain robust process documentation and SOPs to ensure global standardization and compliance.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (IE, ME, or Materials Science).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- English Proficiency: Professionally fluent in English (written and verbal), capable of leading technical discussions with global sites.
- Mindset: A critical thinker who thrives in high-complexity environments and possesses a keen eye for process optimization.

- Experience: 3+ years in Manufacturing or Process Engineering, with a proven track record in verification and validation.
- Domain Expertise: Specialized experience in Fiber Optic products and their unique process control challenges.
