Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

-Lead test engineering team to deliver and support the production for technical issues related to test process, tester (mechanic/ electrical). All equipment

-Lead team of KPI improvement (yield, cycle time, downtime, productivity, quality) for responsible products and perform continuous improvement activities (weekly basis) for all test related processes

-Set up control and monitoring processes to ensure the process capabilities are in control

-Evaluating, collecting data, design experiments for problem analysis and able to do prelim problem solving and driving team to shorten process time between EMBKK & EMM including identify proper improvement or/and modification for any improvement

-Update the work instruction and maintain update the latest procedure base on engineering data and change notice

-Assessing safety and environmental issues is addressed thru the step design process

-To be focal person in BKK for all test processes/tooling/fixture transfer from software developer (EMM/US) and drive for set up to production full qualification and buy off

-Work coordinate with development team for new products, process, tool, equipment that transfer to production line. Including full process flow final design of new product/process/tooling transfer from development phase to sustaining phase to ensure production be able to continue run as mass production with minimize excursion of productivity and quality

-Identify key parameters for cost reduction or optimization to reduce scrap cost, overhead cost, or other cost related to responsible process

-Improve skill of operators to support production line & engineering operator to support improvement activities

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in related field.

-Highly technical on IC testers/handlers e.g. Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu, Chroma ATE, Seiko Epson

-Able to design/modify test program on Visual C++ or other general languages

-Able to debug test program

-Able to analyze test data

-Able to communicate in English
