Responsible for the quality assurance work of TikTok and TikTok live broadcast service architecture 2. Responsible for the quality infrastructure of the service architecture, including but not limited to code branch specifications, test environment governance, automated testing, pipeline construction, etc. 3. Responsible for the stability construction of the service architecture, and promote the implementation of stability guarantee in each business, including but not limited to change management and control, monitoring governance, full-link stress testing, capacity management, etc. 4. In view of the differences and risks in compliance, data, security and other aspects of international business in different regions at home and abroad, explore and build appropriate quality assurance strategies and methods, and implement them effectively 5. Establish a quality assurance system for the TikTok live broadcast server, and steadily advance it based on business and team conditions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in server-side testing and development. 2. Applicants with mobile Internet server testing/development experience, and rich experience in continuous integration, environmental governance, and stability assurance are preferred 3. Familiar with at least one language such as Go/Python/Java, with a certain algorithm foundation, and platform development experience is preferred 4. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, good at thinking about problems from a global perspective, and user thinking and service awareness 5. Good at cross-department communication, and experience in stability governance and SRE is preferred.
