The product functions responsible for the TikTok content discovery team cover all content distribution scenarios on TikTok, including core scenarios such as homepage search and recommended information flow, and meet users needs for content discovery through personalized means and product functions. Responsible for the quality assurance of TikTok's main architecture business, and the innovation of testing technology, tools and platforms 2. Able to quickly integrate the establishment of test systems, test processes, test implementation, quality and risk control for large and medium-sized projects 3. Promote and improve the testing capabilities of all ends, implement automated testing mechanisms, and continue to improve testing efficiency 4. Ensure online stability, analyze and locate important online issues, and promote systematic optimization and resolution of related issues 5. Create a good quality atmosphere, enhance the quality awareness of the R&D team, and continuously promote quality construction.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, 3 years or more of testing work experience, independently responsible for projects, able to promote product testing through effective means, processes and methods, and control product quality 2. In-depth mastery of testing systems, testing processes and testing technologies, able to improve efficiency through testing technology, experience in client-related testing and server-side stability construction is preferred 3. Good communication skills and teamwork skills, able to propose implementation plans for improving the R&D process and R&D efficiency from the perspective of the entire R&D.
