Your day To Day
As a Territory Executive, you'll be the face of PMI in your assigned territory
(North Taipei OR Kaohsiung) —driving commercial excellence, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are visible and available at every point of sale.
- Lead the planning and execution of outlet coverage routes aligned with sales cycle objectives. You'll prioritize POS coverage, complete ICMs effectively, and meet cycle goals.
- Maximize product availability and manage out-of-stock situations by engaging and educating retailers. You'll select high-performing outlets and allocate trade programs to maximize ROI.
- Analyze sales cycle results and provide feedback to Commercial Planning. You'll help shape future strategies through data-driven insights and regular business reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners through regular visits and collaboration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account-level volume performance. You'll report findings and support action planning with your supervisor.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in managing retailers and/or wholesalers. FMCG experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work under supervision while demonstrating initiative and business understanding.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for entry-level roles focused on merchandising and retail execution.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- A holder of valid Taiwan driver's license.
