| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform administrative duties in one or more of the following areas: |
| (i) | Student and course related administration |
| (ii) | Administrative and academic support |
| (iii) | General administration and facilities management |
| (iv) | Marketing and publicity activities |
| (v) | Planning and organising events |
| (vi) | Project administration and coordination |
| (vii) | Financial and supplies matters and |
| (viii) | Human resources management |
| (b) | To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit |
| (c) | To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings |
| (d) | To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit and |
| (e) | To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational unit. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised degree or equivalent |
| (b) | At least 2 years'relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations |
| (c) | Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills |
| (d) | Good problem solving, time management and team building skills and able to meet tight deadlines |
| (e) | Mature, dynamic, self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently and under pressure |
| (f) | A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua and |
| (g) | Preferably with good IT knowledge and skills. |

| (2) | Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test in both English and Chinese. |
