Major Duties: |
(a) | To formulate and organise campus-based promotional activities, including visits, Information Day, school talks, graduation project showcase and other events, etc. |
(b) | To support in content creation for paid digital advertising and online platforms, including social media accounts and videos |
(c) | To assist in the design and production of the marketing collaterals for print materials and digital platforms to ensure compliance with branding guidelines |
(d) | To assist in planning and execution of branding and marketing activities including handling administrative tasks such as proposal development, tendering process and budgetary monitoring |
(e) | To maintain a close relationship with local and overseas stakeholders, such as industrial partners, academic institutions, secondary school sectors, government departments and non-government organisations (NGOs) for the purpose of marketing, publicity, and engagement activities and |
(f) | To provide administrative support and serve as secretary in boards and committees. |

Requirements: |
(a) | A recognised degree in Digital Media, Branding & Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Event Management or related field |
(b) | At least 2 years relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in the fields of digital media, marketing communication & branding, advertising, public relations, digital marketing and event management |
(c) | Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua |
(d) | Good problem-solving, planning, project management and team-building skills possess a creative mindset, as well as strong analytical, organisational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills |
(e) | Self-initiative, a willingness to meet challenges and the ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines |
(f) | Applicants would have an advantage if they possess: |
| (i) | Experience in photo and video production, graphic design and desktop publishing work (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva) and |
| (ii) | Knowledge in adopting AI technologies. |
