| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To provide support in one or more of the following areas: |
| (i) | general administration, handling enquiries and reception duties |
| (ii) | student admissions |
| (iii) | procurement, supplies and stores administration and |
| (iv) | promotion & publicity and committee work |
| (b) | To draft simple correspondence, such as emails, letters and notices |
| (c) | To assist with document management and the compilation of reports and statistics, |
| (d) | To perform data input, filing services and update and verify the student's and applicant's record |
| (e) | To assist in data analytics on data maintenance and verification and pilot run for IT enhancement projects, including user acceptance test and |
| (f) | To provide administrative and logistic support for company visits, meetings and events. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language., Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^OR |
| (ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)., Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)OR |
| (iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Ji OR |
| (iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation StudiesOR |
| (v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. |
| . | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC's Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
| ^ | Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. |
| (b) | Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing and / or simple webpage design |
| (c) | Good command of Chinese and English proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage |
| (d) | Preferably proficient in technology, willing to learn, and problem-solving |
| (e) | Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills |
| (f) | Ability to work independently and be a good team player and |
| (g) | Good work initiative and be customer-oriented. |

| (2) | The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours / outside normal office hours and / or at different work locations on a need basis. |
