| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties, conducting classes and practical training and assist in fieldwork placement |
| (b) | To assist in student and academic administration |
| (c) | To assist in updating and developing programme curriculum and teaching materials |
| (d) | To coordinate and support students industry attachment projects and |
| (e) | To participate in departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. |
| |
| Requirements: |
| (a) | A recognised degree in Information Technology, Computing, Engineering, Multimedia and Entertainment Technology or relevant discipline, or equivalent |
| (b) | Experience in curriculum and training materials development and instructional design and/or good records of linkage with industry / professional bodies or with solid industry experience would be an advantage |
| (c) | Strong communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua |
| (d) | Good knowledge of AI application development and/or mathematics is preferred and |
| (e) | A good team player and able to work independently and work under pressure. |

| (1) | The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate. |
| (2) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (3) | Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (4) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and in designated places as assigned. |
| (5) | Valid documentary evidence must be provided for the relevant teaching / industry experience. |
