Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out various telephone security callback operations and provide professional advice to ensure the continuation of customer rights.

2. Assist customers to handle policy change services online and ensure that the change operation is completed correctly.

3. Collect customer suggestions and provide relevant units with tracking, processing or understanding and analysis.

Job Qualifications:

1. Those with more than 1 year of experience in outbound telephone service or telemarketing or insurance sales.

2. Those who are familiar with Word, Excel and word processing capabilities, and are familiar with Excel functions and pivot analysis are especially preferred.

3. Have good communication skills & continuous learning, flexibility and customer orientation.

4. College graduates, majoring in insurance, business or social work are preferred.

5. Familiar with Mandarin and Taiwanese.
