Identify, evaluate and pursue co-innovation and co-development opportunities that enhance engineering capabilities and competitive advantage. Present quantitative and qualitative business cases for each project, ensuring they are used to scope project efforts. Stay informed on market trends, partner capabilities and emerging technologiespartnering with SPIN where appropriate to monitor startups and innovations. Facilitate forums and communication between partners and engineering teams to build understanding on available technology and support innovation. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or equivalent work experience) advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of related experience, including partner relationship management within engineering or technology sectors. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive value through technology partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to analyze market data, internal performance and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions. Experience fostering innovation, co-development initiatives and executive-level engagement. Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across diverse teams and functions.
