Your Role
Production operators are integral to the manufacturing process, performing various tasks to ensure smooth operations and the timely production of goods. This role needs to work shift.
Safety Compliance ()
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety guidelines, and participating in safety training.
Operating Equipment And Control System()
They operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in the production process. This may involve setting up machinery, monitoring its operation, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Quality Control ()
Production technicians are responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards. They may inspect products at various stages of the production process to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
Troubleshooting()
When equipment malfunctions or production problems occur, production technicians collaborate with shift supervisor to identify the root cause and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Maintenance ()
They perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to keep it in optimal working condition. This may involve cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
Documentation(): Production technicians maintain accurate records of production activities, including quality control checks, and production outputs.
Collaboration (): They often collaborate with other team members, such as production engineers, quality control inspectors, and production supervisors, to stabilized processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Environment ()
Keep the production area with good environment and execute 5S activity.

Education
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical preferred.
Working Experience
Requires previous experience in a production role experience in chemical manufacturing plant (min. 2 years as a guide)

Technical & Professional Knowledge
- Prefer candidates from chemical manufacturing background, with experience of hazard chemical handling and distillation tower operation is a plus.
- Having related certification like forkliftpressure vesselfixed crane operation.
- High energy, passionate, and self-motivated, has a sense of responsibility.
