About the role:
Assist the on day-to-day operational M&E activities in a variety of buildings.
What this job involves:
- Rotating shift schedule.
- On-site maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the building.
- Monitoring equipment surveillance and basic troubleshooting.
- Assisting with customer service and on-site repairs.
- Daily inspection of systems and facilities, conducting necessary equipment checks and meter readings.
- Assisting and supervising vendors and contractors in corrective maintenance and planned preventive maintenance services on-site, as well as vendor briefings.
- Supporting project engineering and internal relocation, addition, and change activities, assisting with power shutdown activities.
- Successfully completing planned maintenance activities and resolving customer requests.
- Ensuring consistently high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Assisting with tasks assigned by supervisors.
Interested An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
- More than three years of relevant experience
- Class C or above relevant licenses are required (indoor wiring/refrigeration air conditioners)
- Responsible, dedicated to work and service, able to work together with the team, strong resistance to pressure
- Basic computer operation ability Word / Excel
