Provide functional and technical support to maintenance teams of Technical Services Systems (TSS) and Technical Services Infrastructure (TSI) Departments in Airport Asset Management Systems (AAMS)
Collaborate with Information Technology Department in troubleshooting and problem solving of AAMS
Act as system administrator of AAMS to maintain master data, perform configuration and monitor system performance
Extract data from various corporate systems to perform analysis and generate monthly budget and expenditure reports
Participate in the annual budget planning and mid-year expenditure forecasting exercise
Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting and Finance or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant working experience in Application Administration and Support or Accounting and Reporting. Degree holder with 1 year's relevant working experience will also be considered
Hands-on experience with enterprise asset management systems is preferrable
Exposure to financial planning cycles, including budget planning and expenditure forecasting, is a plus
Experience in IBM Maximo, Oracle E-business Suite is an added advantage
Experience in data extraction, analysis, and report generation using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
