We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality post-sales technical support to global customers and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Provide post-sales technical support for enterprise cloud storage products and solutions to global customers.
* Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective technical solutions.
* Collect customer feedback, report bugs, and submit feature requests to internal teams.
* Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate technical recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to develop potential solutions.
* Deliver product and technical training sessions to customers as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or IT related field.
* Over 2 years of FAE experience in the Server, Storage, or IT industry.
* Familiarity with PC, Server, or Storage-related technologies is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in French, German, Russian, or an Indian language is a strong plus.
* Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
