The key responsibilities for the engineer include:
- Full time support to Global customer's enquiries, not limited to email, phone calls and face to face meet up whenever required.
- Able to use and register all related enquiries using management software system provided.
- Provide pre and post-sales support for internal team and partners, this includes delivering product presentation, live demonstrations and troubleshoot product related issue.
- Support internal team to work on tender compliance, and to propose the most suitable solution for them for each project.
- Work with internal team and partners to conduct POC (Prove of concept) for both indoors and outdoors environment as required.
- Provide assistance in any local events or trade shows, either with partners or Hanwha's own event.
- Able to do self-learning through Hanwha's eLearning portal or any other available material so as to keep the technical knowledge up to date on the latest products and features.
- Able to provide technical trainings to partners for both online and offline environments.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum with tertiary education in related fields such as Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or similar
- Experience in telecommunicating and customer-facing pre and post-sales role.
- General knowledge in CCTV principle and common VMS (Video Management System) software experience.
- Experience with engaging presentations and live demonstrations of products to a variety of audiences.
- Experience in handling tender compliance document.
Important skills, abilities, knowledge for this role:
- Have sound knowledge in security surveillance devices like cameras, video recorder and VMS software etc and also hardware technology.
- Good knowledge of IP-based devices and technologies, with relevant knowledge of internet protocols example: TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP etc.
- Attained certification related to cyber security, network switch devices, Microsoft or any IT related field is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Able to work well in a team environment and also able work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to meet tight schedule for some urgent cases.

This position reports directly to Technical Sales Manager in Taiwan.
