Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within assigned business units, from requisition creation to offer management and onboarding.

Departmental Recruitment Management: Oversee and manage recruitment efforts specifically tailored to the needs of different departments.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates, leveraging diverse channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and networking).

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Employer Branding: Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance our appeal to potential candidates. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company culture and value proposition.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, develop effective interview processes, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Compensation & Benefits Analysis for Recruitment: Analyze compensation & benefits data to enhance and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring competitive offers.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of talent market trends, competitive landscape, and compensation benchmarks in Taiwan to inform recruitment strategies.

HRIS Requisition Management & Reporting: Manage open requisitions, especially long-outstanding ones, and track their progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong blend of full-cycle recruitment responsibilities, preferably experience in relevant industries.

In-depth knowledge of Taiwan labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday).

High level of integrity, empathy, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
