  • Job content:
  • Carry out IT technology supports to Enterprise Services domains (AS/400, Distribute Compute, Storage, Database, Virtualization, etc.)
  • Coordinate to implement system controls, manage vendor support and closely monitor IT infrastructure as a whole that includes handling related repair and replacement
  • Trouble-shooting system/network problems by using pre-defined procedures, individual's technical and theoretical knowledge
  • Follow-up each case of failure or service interruptions on the cause of the failure. By involving regional/global support as need and escalating to the management on all problems that cannot be resolved quickly
  • Maintain an inventory list and ensure that the list corresponds to the physical equipment installed
  • Prepare and update relevant operations, support procedures and hardware configurations.
  • Bachelor degree and the above.
  • Proven technical expertise in supporting IT systems, application, software and Microsoft Windows environment
  • Good knowledge in IT (Telecoms & Server Infrastructure) infrastructure support
  • Experience in project management, particularly in planning, organizing, prioritization and scheduling
  • Ability to setup and support IT systems, applications and systems according to the business requirement.
  • Evidence of effective resource management and ability to develop an environment that foster good teamwork
  • Must have analytical approach in problem handling, escalations and resolution
  • Ability to understand IT Security/Audit requirements and implement recommendations
  • Evidence of ability to propose and implement cost effective system and solutions
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to provide excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work independently, effectively multitask and methodical
  • Must be flexible to move between the sites and travel (if required)
