#Responsibilities
- Lead and manage external API integrations with partners and service providers.
- Oversee the integration lifecycle: planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain API documentation and integration guides.
- Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists or engineers.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for external partners.
- Schedule and manage integration calls, technical reviews, and project updates.
- Ensure timely and clear communication between technical teams, account managers, and partners.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide system data, performance metrics, and issue logs.
- Create and maintain data reports, dashboards, and system monitoring tools.
- Monitor integration performance, identify issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Troubleshoot API-related problems and coordinate with development teams as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and process guidelines.
- Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions on API capabilities and system updates.
- Proactively identify and address potential product issues and risks.
#Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in API integrations, team management, or technical project management.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and integration protocols.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Process-oriented thinking, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
- Proven leadership experience in managing a technical team.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and system monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
- Ability to generate wireframe, Jira tasks with proper content, and backoffice/API experiences
