Our client, an UK based company, is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
. Assisting with reporting and management information
. Diary management for the teams
. Creating travel plans and booking and coordinating all travel including hotel arrangements
(for business and training purposes)
. Assisting with the arrangements of events and entertainment (UK and global)
. Booking meeting rooms (including refreshments) and sending meeting invitations
. Assisting with the production of presentations and other materials
. Supporting the team on projects and initiatives
. Collating and processing expenses on the expenses system
. Taking meeting or Committee minutes as required
. Any other duties as required
