We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager / Financial Planning Specialist to develop our legacy and financial planning business and lead our financial planning team in Hong Kong and Greater China. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in financial planning and relationship servicing, coupled with strong leadership abilities to drive team performance and deliver exceptional financial strategies and servicing to our clients.
Professional Training and licensing support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of financial planners to develop and implement strategic financial plans for clients in Hong Kong and Greater China.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to guide decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their professional development.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations affecting financial planning.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field is an advantage
- 10-25 years of experience in sales development / financial planning or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
