Job Description

Purpose of this Position

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a technical leader with strong expertise in networking technologies, cyber security technologies and proven management skills. The position is expected to effectively lead a team of engineers to achieve project and business objectives, while continuously guiding and mentoring them to grow in both technical capabilities and career development.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide young engineers to achieve performance goals in both Pre-Sales (proposal, PoC, solution introduction, exhibition support) and Post-Sales (troubleshooting, onsite support).
  • Talent Development: Train and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and become independent technical contributors.
  • Planning: Work with company/department goals to prepare and execute annual technical support and team development plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, PM, and R&D teams to ensure projects and customer needs are well supported, support sales team to achieve revenue goal.

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
  • Knowledge of L2/L3 networking and cyber security technologies; hands-on experience with switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support is a must
  • At least 3 years of team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • CCNP, CCIE or IEC 62443 certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in vertical market projects or supporting key accounts is a plus
