The Faculty of Engineering is introducing new hands-on, project-based learning experiences into its curriculum to fosterdeeper engagement among undergraduate students.
Applicants shouldpossessaBachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor a related discipline withexperiencesin engineering-related fields.Good programming skills (e.g., in python and C++/Java) andproficiencyinmajor AI frameworks (e.g.,PyTorch), good written and spoken English, along withgood communicationskills, are essential.Preference will be given to those with relevant experience in teaching support, developing AI techniques for industrial applications,or mentoring student projects.
The appointee will work as part of an innovativeteaching teamresponsible forintroducing new hands-on, project-based learning experiences into its curriculum to fosterdeeper engagement among undergraduate studentsinFacultyof Engineering.Themainresponsibilitiesinclude
He/She will alsoassistin organizinghands-onworkshops,seminars, and industry collaboration initiatives,as well asperformanyadditionalduties asassigned.He/she may be required to work outside office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
