Tax Manager

- Global transfer pricing compliance (MF/CbCR/LF), Pillar 2, CFC, and relevant planning

and risk management

- Identify tax risk/opportunity for international tax management/planning

- Advise the business units of tax issues which may affect the business operation

- Work with HQ and national finance teams to manage tax audits and support on daily

operation

- Group tax projects and analysis, e.g. M&A, restructuring, etc.

- Coordinate tax projects with internal project team and be the main point of contact

for the external tax consultants
