Tax Compliance Manager (SG)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings for funds and subsidiaries in Singapore,HongKong,US,and Germany
• Manage withholding tax reporting acrossAPACand the US
• Stay updated on tax legislation and ensure compliance with global standards
• Collaborate with externaladvisorsand support audits
• Maintain strong documentation and controls to mitigate tax risks
• Enhance efficiency through automation and AI tools
• Establish best practices for tax reporting
• Work closely with fund administration and support teams for data accuracy
• Serve as a bridge between internal teams and external taxadvisors
• Provide tax compliance insights for cross-functional projects
• Assist the Tax Director in delivering internal training to boost tax awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Professional qualificationholder of CPA, CA,CTA
• At least6 years experience in tax compliance with exposure to private equity andmulti-jurisdictions in Asia
• Strong grasp of international corporate tax laws US and Asia tax experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and externaladvisorseffectively
