Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world's largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement strategic annual plans to engage domestic students across all degree levels, helping them develop a deeper understanding of TSMC.
2. Innovate and oversee the execution of student engagement initiatives to promote TSMC as an employer of choice.
3. Build and nurture relationships with university faculty, career center staff, and professors to increase TSMC's campus presence and gather valuable insights for internal sharing.
4. Conduct analysis of domestic student talent markets to provide insights that support recruitment strategies.
5. Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to align on business needs and optimize recruitment strategies.

Job Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other STEM related field.
2. Proven experience in project planning and execution, with the ability to work both independently and as a team.
3. Strong communication and relationship management skills, capable of interacting effectively across all levels of the organization and building meaningful connections with students.
4. Self-motivated and forward-thinking, with the ability to generate fresh ideas by analyzing trends and leveraging external best practices.
5. Strategic, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to break down complex issues and identify optimal solutions.
6. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
7. Highly energetic, curious, and skilled in writing and communication skills.
8. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
