Job Description

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will play a critical role in supporting our global operations by leading end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate, engineering, and manufacturing functions. This role will oversee the TA team, partner with hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs, drive employer branding initiatives, and ensure hiring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and mid-management positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and translate business needs into recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, campus partnerships, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Conduct screening, interview coordination, evaluation alignment, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs are met (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, etc.).

Team & Process Management

  • Supervise and coach TA specialists/recruiters; monitor workload and performance.
  • Standardize interview frameworks, scorecards, and feedback processes.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, C&B, and Global TA for alignment on packages, approvals, and hiring governance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.

Employer Branding & Talent Market Strategy

  • Develop hiring campaigns and talent engagement plans.
  • Build relationships with universities, technical institutes, government agencies and recruitment vendors.
  • Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking for key talent segments.

Compliance & Candidate Experience

  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, PDPA regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage a professional, timely, and high-quality candidate journey from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing/technology/electronics sector.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead TA role.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor compliance and hiring practices.
  • Proven success in technical or volume recruitment environments is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
