Based in Taiwan, responsible for recruitment (suggestions for recruitment strategies, resume screening, contacting, hosting interviews, and providing input and discussions with hiring managers).
Develop diverse recruitment channels, plan recruitment strategies, suggest and maintain relationships with recruitment channels, and monitor effectiveness.
Plan and execute large-scale recruitment event planning.
Establish and update a human resource database and various recruitment data reports and statistical analyses.
Assist in other tasks assigned by supervisors, internal cross-departmental communication, and support HR department-related projects.
Language requirements: Proficient in Mandarin and English
