Job Description

  • Based in Taiwan, responsible for recruitment (suggestions for recruitment strategies, resume screening, contacting, hosting interviews, and providing input and discussions with hiring managers).
  • Develop diverse recruitment channels, plan recruitment strategies, suggest and maintain relationships with recruitment channels, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute large-scale recruitment event planning.
  • Establish and update a human resource database and various recruitment data reports and statistical analyses.
  • Assist in other tasks assigned by supervisors, internal cross-departmental communication, and support HR department-related projects.
  • Language requirements: Proficient in Mandarin and English
