Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience, based in Taiwan, to support the growth of our international teams.

This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities across technical and corporate functions while contributing to a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
• Build talent pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies, experience, and company values.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure excellent communication with candidates.
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment reporting.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring activity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, photonics, or research-driven environments is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
