The Position

As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be part of the APAC recruiting team, acting as a strategic partner to the business in driving successful and impactful recruitment activities.


Your Opportunity:

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior management to manage the full lifecycle recruitment of talent for a business area or region.
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement a broad, holistic, and customized talent acquisition strategy that includes pipelining, branding, talent selection, candidate experience, sourcing, offer development, and negotiation.
  • Be an expert in applicant tracking and sourcing tools like Workday, Phenom People, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay up-to-date on new recruitment trends to continuously optimize the hiring process and attract and hire top talent for Roche, helping us achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with other People & Culture chapters on recruitment initiatives and other HR programs.


Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience with 6-8 years of end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including excellent communication in English and Chinese language, influencing, and partnering abilities.
  • An enterprise mindset with the ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
  • An agile mindset: proactive, able to work in a matrix environment, and flexible to support different functions and capabilities as needed.
