Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern supports the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding, primarily to gain hands-on HR experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, managing applicant tracking systems, supporting employer branding, and assisting with university relations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Sourcing & Screening: Searching for potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screening interviews. Make the post in bulleting.
Interview Coordination: Scheduling, coordinating, and managing logistics for candidate interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Administration: Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, updating HRIS, and supporting new hire onboarding procedures.
Employer Branding & Events: Supporting talent attraction campaigns, attending career fairs, and assisting with virtual or in-person hiring events.
Data Analytics: Utilizing tools to track recruitment metrics and creating reports on hiring progress. Put some HR& TA report data entry input.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in English.
Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Experience: Previous internship experience or knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus but not always required
