Taiwanese Customer Service Specialist (Relocation to Malaysia)

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity within the customer experience industry, supporting an international project focused on the Taiwanese Mandarin-speaking market. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in Taiwanese Mandarin and English
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and deliver a positive service experience
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Follow quality, service and process standards set for the project

Working Hours

• 5 days a week, with 2 days off
• Weekday shifts fall between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM
• Weekend shifts fall between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin
• Fluent English communication skills
• Basic customer service knowledge or experience
• Bachelor's degree, which is required for employment pass processing
