Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Taiwan Sales Manager (Head of Taiwan Sales) with deep experience in the Edge Computing and Industrial Automation market to lead our Taiwan Sales team. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Taiwan's industrial market. You will be responsible for the overall sales strategy and execution for the Taiwan market, including P&L management, strengthening key customer relationships, and people management to develop a high-performing sales team, and ensuring full alignment with APAC regional strategy.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales Strategy and Market Development

  1. Lead the development and execution of business strategies to expand market share and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs in the Taiwan market.

Key Account & Stakeholder Management

  1. Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  2. Lead major negotiations and contract discussions with customers and collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver integrated customer solutions.

P&L and Business Operations Management

  1. Full accountability for Taiwan's overall business performance, including revenue growth, gross margin, cost control, and profit achievement.
  2. Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reviews in coordination with the APAC finance team.

People Management

  1. Guide and support sales teams in generating leads, winning key accounts, and building long-term customer relationships.
  2. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance standards in line with APAC expectations

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field; technical background in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is a strong advantage.
  2. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in industrial or IPC-related sectors, including at least 5 years in a people management or P&L-owning role.
  3. Language: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing senior customer relationships.
  2. Deep understanding of the Taiwan B2B industrial market and customer ecosystem.
