Job Description Summary:
- Support Sales on trade documentation preparation, trade booking, periodic KYC renew and regulatory reporting
- Responsible for regular trade filing and regulatory reporting to fulfill regulation
- Preparing trade documentation/marketing materials to facilitate transaction
- Provide after-sales service with the help of the support teams
Main Responsibilities:
1. Sales Administration:
- Working with Operation team to prepare regulatory reporting and product filing.
- Working with IT to work on automation project.
- Assists senior sales from end to end, including KYC, pre trade documentation, post trade booking and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the sales pipeline.
- Ad-hoc tasks, such as client event organization, to facilitate sales activities
2. Sales Support:
- Assist senior sales colleagues in managing client relationships and communication with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and pitchbooks for client meetings.
- Conduct market data collection and analysis.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Support colleagues in organizing client events, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Share market insights, client feedback, and best practices with the team to improve sales effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; internships or coursework related to fixed income are a plus
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, trading support, research, or product marketing in Taiwan or broader Asia-Pacific markets
- Interest in fixed income markets (government, corporate bonds, money markets) and basic understanding of yield, duration, credit quality, and risk factors
- Excellent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proactive, strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Compliance-conscious with attention to regulatory requirements and data privacy
