Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Taipei. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing the team, driving business development strategies, ensuring brand representation, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves budget management, performance analysis, and market expansion initiatives in Taiwan. The General Manager will play a critical role in representing Supacaz's brand values and leading the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and driving business operations
• Strategic planning, budget management, and performance analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in business development, sales, and market expansion strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge or passion for the cycling or sports industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
