Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Taiwan General Manager at the SUPACAZ Taipei office. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, leading and managing the local team, and driving sales and brand growth in the Taiwan market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, building relationships with industry partners, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves representing the brand at events and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management abilities, with experience in overseeing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in business development, sales strategy creation, and driving revenue growth.
  • Marketing proficiency, including brand building, event planning, and understanding of local market dynamics.
  • Financial management expertise, such as budgeting, forecasting, and profit analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the cycling or outdoor sports industry, with genuine enthusiasm for cycling being a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
