Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Director based in Taipei. The Marketing Director will develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing marketing management, and driving brand growth across various channels. Collaboration with sales and product teams will be key to ensuring effective communication and alignment with market needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to develop informed strategies
• Strong skills in Marketing and Marketing Management
• Experience with Sales and collaboration with sales teams
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of or passion for cycling and/or the sports industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
