The ideal candidate combines strong content execution skills with an analytical mindset and a clear understanding of how social media supports brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires fluency in English, creativity, and the ability to operate confidently in an international B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Monitor notifications, mentions, and direct messages across all platforms.
- Respond to comments and engage with the community in a professional, brand-aligned manner.
- Moderate content, including spam or inappropriate comments.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate presence across all YAGEO Group social profiles.
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the definition of YAGEO Group's social media strategy in alignment with Marketing and Sales.
- Develop and maintain annual, monthly, and weekly editorial calendars.
- Plan key events, campaigns, and product launches across social channels.
- Support the integration of social media activities into broader digital initiatives.
- Content Creation & Publishing
- Produce and coordinate social media content (posts, visuals, short videos, stories).
- Write captions and adapt messaging and hashtags for each platform.
- Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar.
- Ensure all content aligns with YAGEO Group brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Performance Analysis
- Track engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Identify top-performing content and propose adjustments to optimise results.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the analysis of paid social campaigns when relevant.
- Trend Monitoring & Optimisation
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, emerging formats, and social media trends.
- Benchmark competitors and analyse industry best practices.
- Ensure social profiles remain consistent, accurate, and fully updated.
- Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Product, and Technical teams.
- Prepare briefs for upcoming content and campaign needs.
- Manage internal requests and workflows via Wrike.
- Support cross-functional digital initiatives requiring social visibility.
- Objectives & Training
- Continuously learn new tools, features, and platform functionalities.
- Participate in webinars, training sessions, and relevant conferences.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes, creativity, and content impact.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B environments.
- Experience within industrial, technology, or electronic sectors is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Basic content creation abilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Understanding of social media KPIs and digital marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or email marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with industrial or electronic product communication.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative action.
