Job Summary
YAGEO is looking for a SAP Project Management. This role is responsible for working on the SAP project management. This role uses consulting skills, project management skills, change management skills, business knowledge, and SAP knowledge to manage projects on time and on budget with best practices.
Responsibilities
As the SAP Project Management Manager, you'll coordinate with team to,
- Possess deep business acumen & understand the company's challenges to analyze the current business processes and scenarios and develop solutions, and help address the organization's needs.
- Leading and driving the Global SAP projects/initiatives and system configurations, while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
- Work closely with functional and technical partners on various initiatives and projects to develop solutions and implement effective policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
Experience and Skills
- 5-10 years SAP experience and S/4 Hana-related experience in configurations, 5 full-cycle SAP migration project management experience at least with the PM role, and with SAP user experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
- Successful experience in cross-cultural teams and management, with a preference for experience in a global team.
- Fluent in English to communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds across the globe, developing good work relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency in Japanese or French would be a strong plus.

- Must be willing to travel to North America, Europe, and Asia as required by business needs.
- Can demonstrate analytical and logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Have successfully developed innovative solutions to business problems.
- Demonstrated outstanding communication skills to ensure information flows upward and downward.
- To be a quick learner who is honest, trustworthy, and demonstrates integrity, flexible, responsible, and confident in handling tasks and challenges.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or related domains is preferred.
