YAGEO is looking for a SAP Project Management Manager with strong SAP SD domain knowledge. This role is responsible for leading SAP projects while also serving as a key SAP SD domain expert to support order-to-cash process design, solution planning, business alignment, and process optimization. The role requires consulting skills, project management skills, change management capabilities, business knowledge, and SAP expertise to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in line with best practices.

- Possess deep business acumen & understand the company's challenges to analyze the current business processes and scenarios and develop solutions, and help address the organization's needs.
- Leading and driving the Global SAP projects/initiatives and system configurations, while always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
- Work closely with functional and technical partners on various initiatives and projects to develop solutions and implement effective policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Lead and govern SAP SD-related initiatives, including order-to-cash process design, requirement analysis, solution definition, system configuration alignment, testing coordination, and deployment support to ensure business effectiveness and process standardization.
- Act as the key SAP SD domain lead to collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams in driving process improvements, resolving complex SD issues, and ensuring SAP SD solutions support global business objectives.
Experience And Skills
- 5-10 years SAP experience and S/4 Hana-related experience in configurations, 5 full-cycle SAP migration project management experience at least with the PM role, and with SAP user experience is preferred.
- Strong SAP SD functional knowledge is required, with consultant-level expertise in Sales and Distribution processes, solution design, configuration, and business process optimization. Candidates with hands-on SAP SD consultant experience are highly preferred, and the ability to act as an SD team lead or managerial owner is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
- Successful experience in cross-cultural teams and management, with a preference for experience in a global team.
- Fluent in English to communicate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds across the globe, developing good work relationships across the organization. •Proficiency in Japanese or French would be a strong plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or related domains is preferred.
