About the Role

• Were seeking a Senior Finance Director to partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive financial strategy, IPO readiness, and business performance. You will lead end-to-end financeincluding FP&A, controllership, treasury/cash management, compliance, and investor relationswhile building scalable processes and data-driven decision frameworks across a growing, international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Leadership: Partner with the CEO and leadership to define financial strategy, optimize capital structure, and improve profitability and cash conversion. Present insights to the Board and major shareholders.
• IPO Readiness & Capital Markets: Lead IPO workstreams (policies, controls, reporting, readiness assessments), investor relations, and shareholder services; support fundraising, M&A due diligence, and capital markets activities.
• FP&A & Performance Management: Own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling; build KPI dashboards and business reviews to enable data-driven decisions.
• Controllership & Reporting: Oversee AP/AR, GL, consolidation, and close; deliver monthly/quarterly/annual statements compliant with IFRS; manage audits and statutory filings.
• Treasury & Cash Excellence: Lead cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, banking relationships, multi-currency management, and FX risk/hedging where appropriate.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk: Strengthen internal controls, policies, and finance governance; ensure tax compliance and coordinate regulatory reporting across entities/jurisdictions.
• Systems & Scale: Implement and optimize ERP/HRIS/BI (e.g., SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Power BI); standardize processes for multi-entity, cross-border operations.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team; foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership with 5+ years in a Director/Head of Finance.
• Proven track record in IPO preparation, capital markets, investor relations, and/or M&A.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, controllership, IFRS reporting, cash management, and audit/stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Nice to have: experience in biotech/healthcare or other high-growth, multi-entity environments.
• Credentials preferred: CPA, CMA.
