YAGEO Group is a global leader in passive components and advanced electronic solutions. We are hiring an experienced marketing leader in Taipei to strengthen our global brand, grow digital engagement, and deliver world-class events.
In this role you will own global brand strategy and governance, lead digital engagement and performance marketing, and manage the global events program (including major trade shows). You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicate fluently in English, and thrive in a fast-paced international B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Own and evolve the global brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across regions, business units, and channels.
- Create and maintain core brand assets (presentations, brochures, templates, visual identity elements, digital toolkits).
- Translate business priorities into brand and communications plans with senior stakeholders.
Digital Engagement, Content & Social Media
- Build and run a global digital engagement plan across social and owned channels, aligned with Marketing and Sales.
- Own the editorial calendar and campaign plans; support launches, thought leadership, and corporate initiatives.
- Lead content production end-to-end (English copy, visuals, short-form video); ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor engagement and brand sentiment; keep social profiles accurate and up to date.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan digital programs that drive awareness and lead generation (paid social, email, landing pages, nurture).
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and turn insights into optimizations.
- Partner with teams and agencies on targeting, creative testing, and continuous improvement.
Events & Trade Shows
- Own the global and regional events program, including major trade shows and conferences.
- Manage calendars, budgets, vendors, booth concepts, collateral, logistics, and lead capture/follow-up.
- Ensure event experiences and materials meet brand standards and deliver measurable impact.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead cross-functional projects with global teams (Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, HR, regions).
- Manage agencies and vendors; set clear briefs, provide feedback, and ensure quality.
- Keep projects on track using project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 8-10 years in brand management, marketing communications, and digital marketing/engagement within a global company (B2B preferred).
- Proven record leading international stakeholders, managing agencies and budgets, and delivering campaigns and events.
- Experience in industrial, technology, or electronics sectors is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong grasp of digital marketing and social strategy; comfortable with KPIs and performance reporting.
- Excellent English writing/editing; able to brief and review design and video assets.
- Familiar with marketing, analytics, and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, social analytics, Wrike).
- Proficient with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
Communication & Leadership
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-cultural stakeholder management; structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMS, SEO/SEM, ABM, and/or marketing automation/CRM integration is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for key events.
