- Collaborate with domain experts to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on real customer application scenarios.
- Participate in product requirement reviews, system architecture discussions, and component design to provide actionable testing insights.
- Design unified automation testing systems and drive DevOps development to ensure automation delivers measurable value and meets evolving product needs.
- Plan long-term technical roadmaps for the QA team and introduce new testing technologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Lead complex cross-product testing initiatives, ensuring solution-wide quality and resolving defects based on customer usage environments.
The Successful Applicant
- Experienced in designing large-scale software or test architectures involving multiple teams and components.
- Brings over five years of automation testing development experience, ideally with networking-related testing exposure.
- Possesses extensive SQA testing experience with the ability to identify complex defects using real customer application scenarios.
- Skilled in designing scalable system architectures and planning technical development blueprints for large teams.
- Strong in technical communication and training, enabling effective knowledge sharing and quality-focused design reviews.
