. Development of competitive concepts for integrated EV Drive Systems.

1. Requirement analysis
需æ±åˆ†æž
Analysis and manage requirements in quotation phase (RFQ), develop and coordinate specific system solutions in project phase. Based on Vehicle/Drive system requirements, generate requirements for subsystems (Motor and controller).

3. System verification and validation, system release

Design and conduct system V&V plan base on requirements. Take responsibility for coordination of the system release.

4. Design, development and application on component level

RB components), coordinate integration of non-RB systems and RB system.

Qualifications

1. æ•™è²èƒŒæ™¯ï¼šæœ¬ç§æˆ–以上学历，çµæ°å·¥ç¨‹ã€æœºæ¢°å·¥ç¨‹ã€çµåŠ›çµå­ã€æŽ§åˆ¶ç³»ç»ŸåŠç›¸å…³ä¸ä¸šï¼›
Bachelor degree or above in one of Electrical Engineering，Mechanical Engineering, Power electronic, Control Systems related major.
2. 工作背景：至å°2å¹´çµæœºæŽ§åˆ¶ç³»ç»Ÿå¼€åç»éªŒï¼›
At least 2 years experience in motor control system development.
3. 英文：CET-4级以上
CET4 or above.
4. 软件：精通系统工程çšæ–¹æ³•åŒå·¥å…·ï¼Œå¦éœ€æ±ç®¡ç†ï¼ŒFMEAç­‰.
Intensive knowledge in System Engineering methods and tools like requirements management, FMEA etc.
5. 能力要æ±ï¼š

Communication ability with all levels of people and flexible, good problem solving skills.
