Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Work with production to ensure product quality in both pilot run (NPI) and sustain stages
To assist PM on processing customer's questions/issues and internal process
Support sales teams with BOM validations and recommendations
provide technical Support (including on-site) region including China, Japan, EU and US
Cross-department communication for develop test and troubleshooting
Pro-actively engages in learning and researching new product technologies as well as Supermicro's extensive portfolio of hardware and solutions

Qualifications

Engineer needs 3+ years or more working experiences in Server/Storage industry. Sr. Engineer needs 8+ year experience.
Education and/or Experience: BS/MS EE, Computer Science.
Basic Linux OS and command line knowledge
Familiar with server/storage architecture and file systems
Experience in configuring server systems
Good communication skills, including both written and verbal in English and Chinese
