- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in software development, with strong Business Analyst responsibilities
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications, including for AI‑enabled solutions
- Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, integration, and data flows
- Experience assessing AI solution applicability, limitations, data quality, and governance considerations
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and UAT management
- Experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred Strong analytical thinking, documentation, stakeholder communication, and facilitation skills
