System Analyst

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, clinical, and operational requirements, including AI and data‑driven use cases
• Translate business and AI-related requirements into clear functional and system specifications for development teams and vendors
• Act as a liaison between users, developers, data/AI teams, and vendors to ensure aligned solution delivery
• Perform system analysis, impact assessment, and gap analysis for digital, automation, and AI initiatives
• Support solution design, data flow modelling, and system integration, including AI components where applicable
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate AI feasibility, risks, ethics, and regulatory considerations in proposed solutions
• Lead or support UAT planning and execution, including validation of AI‑assisted features against business expectations
• Identify process improvement, automation, and AI opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision‑making

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in software development, with strong Business Analyst responsibilities
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications, including for AI‑enabled solutions
• Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, integration, and data flows
• Experience assessing AI solution applicability, limitations, data quality, and governance considerations
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and UAT management
• Experience in healthcare, hospital systems, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred Strong analytical thinking, documentation, stakeholder communication, and facilitation skills
