Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of relationship managers and product specialists to drive the growth and profitability of the cross-industry corporate banking portfolio
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the bank's presence and market share in the target industries and segments
- Collaborate with the Institutional Banking Group to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure effective risk management and compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements
- Represent the bank in industry events, client meetings, and other stakeholder engagements
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the corporate banking industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
